When you move to the music of your heart, no one will really understand. Those who also move to their own music will accept, allow and maybe even appreciate. There is no need for public acceptance when you feel your own heartbeat. When you design your own dreams, choosing the colors and contrast it is your voice expressing what it needs to express, not your family and not your friends. The collective will only question, crituque and maybe clap. Working within your own vision is only for oneself really. You stay ahead of the peanut gallery, awards, news and little gossips. You walk on the path with the bricks that you put down through digging in the soil, lifting the brick, measuring its dimensions, laying it into the earth and beautifying the area around it. It becomes a place where others will want to also go and wonder where the path once started, how and why.
