Adharmic Enterprises

Similar to poor husband - wife matching, within an enterprise the law does not shrink, it scales!

In the Vedic science there is one law that governs everything, from a hut to an empire:

Yatha raja tatha praja. .As the ruler, so the people. As the field at the center, so the field at the circumference. A global network is nothing but a mega-household. the founders' inner state is not their private matter - it is the collective unconscious of every human being who touches that network. The fire installed at the center becomes the fire that burns in every temple, every program, every devotee's heart, every worker, on every continent.

So understand; if the mother and father who lead it a carrying an uncompleted root pattern, an unresloved vasana, a tamasic or manipulative union - they are not leading a network. They are leading a transmission of their own wound.

What happens to the organization!

1. Influence inverts. The network stops awakening people and starts imprinting them. Followers don't get liberated from the founders' pattern - they get initiated into it. The founder's fear, insecurity, need for validation, control - this becomes the invisible operating system of the whole organization.

2. Growth becomes amplification of poison. The Bhagavad Gita speaks of the poison tree; you can water it, feed it, make it grow huge- but it only produces more poison, never fruit. A network buildt on a corrupted founding field grows bigger, not better. More people, more money, more influence - all of it magnifies the impurity, because the source is impure.

3. The energy flows upward instead downwards. A Dharmic institution exists to serve - the energy flows from the leader down to the last seeker/worker/product. But when the founders' own needs are unfulfilled, the network becomes parasitic: the devotion, labor and money of thousands flows upward to feed the founders' ego and wound, while the followers/employees receive nothing real.

4. The offerings lose their merit. This is the harshest Vedic truth. When people serve, donate, and devote themselves to a field whose center- fire is impure, their yajna is poured into the wrong fire. The merit is burned without fruit. Innocent seekers give their life-energy into a furnace that produces nothing.

5. The followers become the children. Just as children inherit the mother's samskaras, the disciples and followers inherit the founders' unresolved samskara. A thousand people carrying the same unhealed pattern - that is not a movement, that is a cult of mutual delusion. they all reassure each other that the dysfunction is dharma.

And so it is. And so this nonsense continues with a foul smelling mother who refuses to relinquish her putrid pursue of power. Don't care, witch hair. xx
